Obituary26 June 194126 June 1941, Allentown, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, Morning Call Obituary:. William H. Berry, 88, Bath's oldest resident, died Wednesday afternoon at his home on Green St., after an illness of several weeks.

Born Aug. 3, 1852, he was a son of the late William and Elizabeth Steinmetz Berry of Mt. Bethel. His wife Catherine died 26 years ago.

Mr. Berry was a member of the Lutheran church. For many years he was section foreman of the Jersey Central R.R. and later for the L. and N.E. at Bath. He was also trackman at the old Bath-Portland Cement Co.

Survivors include five daughters, Mrs. A. S. Fehnel, Mrs. Edward Moser, Mrs. H. E. Bartholomew, Mrs. Bertha Ricker, all of Bath, and Mrs. Rudolph Bushspices of Cementon; 13 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services at 3:30 pm Saturday at the Bartholomew Funeral, S. Walnut St., Bath, with the Rev. R. L. Kerstetter officiating. Interment in Greenmount Cemetery.
