Mrs. Kelly, who was a resident of Raritan 75 years, was the widow of John Kelly, who died eight years ago. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Joseph Stowe of Raritan, and two sisters, Mrs. Martha Manuel and Mrs. Lottie Betz, both of Philadelphia.

Funeral services will be conducted at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday by the Rev. Joseph B. Miller in St. Bernard's Church. The funeral will be at 9 a.m. from Hannon Funeral Home. Burial with be in Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Somerville.

Mr. Kelly was a member of the Holy Name Society of St. Joseph's Church in Bound Brook, the Exempt Firemen's Association, and the Raritan Fire Department. He was a former member of the Raritan Rescue Squad and a member of Johns-Manville Quarter Century Club.

He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Anna DeBello Kelly; two sons, Martin Jr. of Bound Brook and John J., at home; a brother Frank Kelly of Raritan, and a grandchild.

Interment in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Bridgewater.

Somerset St. He is a graduate of Somerville High School and was employed at the Asbestos Transportation Company, Manville, before entering service. He served three years with the Infantry in the Pacific theater, his campaigns including New Caledonia, Iwo Jima, and Okinawa. His brother, Martin Kelly Jr., who served as storekeeper first class in the Navy, was discharged from service several months ago.

John's mother died in 1953 at the age of 42, so perhaps his father remarried to the Mrs. Martin Kelly referred to above.
