Charles Van Voorhees of Fredonia died very suddenly about 10:00 o'clock this morning of apoplexy. He had not been feeling well for a week. Mr. Van Voorhees was born in New York City 77 years ago last June, and when six years old moved to Fredonia, and had since resided on the same farm. He is survived by his wife and two sons, Frank and Claude, and one sister, Mrs. George Smith, of this city. The funeral will be held Monday at 1:00 p.m. from the house and burial will be in the Lyon Lake Cemetery.
