The deceased woman leaves three daughters, residents of Easton. They are Mrs. Daniel A. Hause, Mrs. Anna J. Parks, and Mrs. Charles Flemming. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Snyder was a member of the First Reformed Church.
In the Northampton County Marriages and Deaths volumes in the Marx Room at Easton Library, the extract says "Parent: Joseph Koken, deceased of near Riegelsville." Perhaps that was in the Free Press obituary, which I will look for.2 |

Mrs. Bertha D., wife of David Pyatt, died on Saturday at her home, No. 28 Detwiller Court, of hasty consumption, after an illness of five months.
Besides her husband she is survived by her mother, Mrs. Mary Simons, and four daughters - Misses Minnie, Annie, Daisy and Sylva Pyatt, all of Easton. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, of Williams township.
The funeral was held this afternoon at 3 o'clock. Services were held in Hay's Chapel,and interment was made in the adjoining cemetery.
The pallbearers were Howard Shannon, Milton Moser, Charles Keith and William Harman. |
