The lot is 30 ft front by 80 ft deep. Apartments are on the second floor and Overlook Lodge F. and A. M. have the top floor. The sale price is understood to have been about 15,000. The building was erected by the late Dr. Lawrence, Sr., and Mr. Nelson about twelve years ago. |
