Birth	30 April 1863	John Harrison Moser was born on 30 April 1863 in Easton, Northampton County, Pennsylvania.1
Baptism	22 June 1864	He was baptized on 22 June 1864 at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 330 Ferry Street, in Easton, Northampton County, Pennsylvania. with Louisa Shannon as sponsor1
LostFather	14 April 1865	On 14 April 1865 John Harrison Moser suffered the loss of his father Isaac who died at age 48 . An Isaac Moser died on this date. The church in which it was recorded is the church where our Isaac's children were baptized. And our Isaac does not appear in the 1870 census, and his children are dispersed among various other families. So I conjecture that this is our Isaac, even though the register lists his birth date as 1 Jan 1816, and his father as Henry. Check to see if there was a marriage between Henry Moser and a Catherine, and if they had an Isaac.2
LostMother	5 July 1867	On 5 July 1867 John Harrison Moser suffered the loss of his mother Ellen who died at age 47 . Listed as "Ellen Moser, nee Weber, born 27 Nov 1819, died 5 Jul 1867." This is listed in the Zion Lutheran Church records, which is not the church she attended at least through 1864 when the last baptism of one of her children is found there. It was a downtown church which merged into St. John's ELC in 1962. This is likely to be the same Ellen. Weber is the German word for Weaver, and Zion is referred to as the German-speaking church on the St. John's website.3,4
Census	1870	He appeared in the household of Thomas Moser in the census 1870 in Williams Township, Northampton County, Pennsylvania. Thomas is listed as Thomas Moser (age 61, Stone mason, real estate $1300, personal $300) Catharine (age 63, Keeping house) Andrew (age 25 (Mine Laborer) John H. (age 7) John H. was the youngest son of Isaac Moser and Ellen (Weaver) Moser, who died in 1865 and 1867 respectively. Thomas was his uncle.
Marriage	22 March 1890	John Harrison Moser and Mary Jane Ivey were married on 22 March 1890 at Lutheran Church in Durham Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, John is "of the Township of Williams, aged 26 years, 8 months and 20 days." Mary is "of the Township of Durham, County of Bucks, aged 22 years, 3 months, 4 days." Married by Rev. O. H. Melchor.5

(Daughter, age 0/12, born in New Jersey) Harry's wife, Mary Jane, died 8 Apr 1910, a few days after Bertha's birth on 31 Mar 1910.

Obituary	27 June 1944	27 June 1944, Easton, Northampton County, Pennsylvania, Easton Express Obituary:. John Harrison Moser, 81, who resided with his daughter, Mrs. Wallace Grube, Easton RD 4, died at 4 o'clock yesterday afternoon at Easton Hospital where he was admitted last Friday. He was a retired farmer. His wife, Mary Jane Moser, died on April 8, 1910. Besides his daughter Mrs. Grube, he is survived by two other daughters, Mrs. John Kinnaman, of Easton, and Mrs. Clarence Hoover, of Bougher Hill, and a son, William Moser, of Upper Black Eddy; 15 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. The funeral will be held from the Heck Memorial Home, Thirteenth and Bushkill street, on Friday at 2 p.m. Interment will be made in Durham Cemetery.6

The children range from under a year to age 18. A granddaughter Elizabeth M. Kunsman, age 8 months, also lives with them. They live next to Susan Druckenmiller, age 68, Widowed,Owner; and Herman Shearer, age 62 and family.

She was the widow of Fred A. Kuebler. Born in Easton, she was a daughter of the late Howard and Delinah (Flint) Moser. Surviving are two daughters, Sara G., wife of John S. Lewis, Easton, R.4, and Elizabeth M., wife of Henry C. Ziegenfuss, Easton; three sisters, Mrs. Emma Kilpatrick, Wilson Borough; Mrs. Anthony Armark, Philadelphia, and Mrs. Russell Sigley, Ottsville; a brother, William Moser, Easton; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Burial	31 July 1963	She was buried on 31 July 1963 at Hays Cemetery, South Side, in Easton, Northampton County, Pennsylvania. May's inscription says May E. Kuebler, 1875-1963, but it is on the bottom of a stone that says LEWIS across the top, and beneath that Erwin, 1874-1956 and Rachel, 1861-1944. May's inscription is below those two. The Lewis family lived at 728 Lincoln Street, and he was a mason and bricklayer, owning his home.6
