Solomon Moser, 69 years old, died at 5.15 o'clock Saturday afternoon at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Howard Maul, 331 Wilkes-Barre street, from a complication of ailments, following a severe illness of a week. Mr. Moser spent practically all his life in Williams township. In addition to the daughter with whom he resided, he is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Roy Werner, of Philadelphia; Miss Anna Moser of Newark, N.J.; a son, Thomas Moser of College Hill; two sisters, Mrs. Sarah Moser and Mrs. Elmer Pfeifer, both of Easton; a brother Josiah Moser of Easton, and three grandchildren. He was a member of the Williams township Reformed Church. |

Mary, wife of Solomon Moser, died shortly after 6 o'clock this morning at her home, 331 Wilkes-Barre street. She was found in an unconscious condition a short time before her demise by her daughter, Miss Anna Moser. A physician was summoned, but his efforts were of no avail. Apoplexy caused her death.
Mrs. Moser was in the 55th year of her age. She is survived by her husband, six children, Howard, Forrest, Thomas, Miss Anna Moser, and Mrs. Howard Maul, of this place, and Mrs. Roy Warner, of Weldon, this State; her father, Benjamin Kelchner, of Farmersville; a sister, Mrs. William Nicholas, of Riegelsville, and three brothers, Stewart Kelchner, of Washington, D.C., Milton Kelchner, of Farmersville, and William Kelchner, of Cedarville.
Mrs. Moser was a native of Williams township. She was a member of St. Peter's Reformed Church. The funeral will be held on Friday afternoon at 2.30, with interment in Hay's cemetery.

Mrs. Sarah (Hahn) Kostenbader, widow of Rev. David Kostenbader, for some years pastor of Emaus and Danielsville churches, died at 10 o'clock Tuesday morning at the home of her sister, Mrs. John H. Young, 1502 Butler street, Easton. She was aged 65 years. Death was due to a complication of ailments after an illness of four months.
Mrs. Kostenbader was born in Williams township, Northampton county, daughter of the late William H. and Maria (Moser) Hahn. She and her husband lived for fourteen years in Emaus, where Rev. Kostenbader was pastor of St. Matthew's U.E. church, in which church she held membership until her death. Rev. Kostenbader also preached at Danielsville, where he passed away eleven years ago. Both were well known and highly esteemed throughout Lehigh county.
There survivie to mourn Mrs. Kostenbader's death, three daughters: Mrs. Ida Moser, of Easton; Mrs. C. G. Setzer, of Tampa, Florida, and Mrs. Raymond Amig, of Emaus; one brother and two sisters, John P. Hahn, of Williams township, Mrs. William Jacoby, of Island Park, near Easton, and Mrs. John H. Young, of Easton, with whom she resided; and four grandchildren. A son, Clarence Kostenbader, preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock on Sunday afternoon at the home of Mrs. John H. Young, 1502 Butler Street, Easton, with continued services at 3 o'clock in Christ U.E. church, Williams township and burial in the adjoinging cemetery. |

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday in the Strunk Funeral Home, Berwick and Reynolds streets, Easton. Calling hours will be 7-8:30 p.m. Sunday. |
