Item: I give and bequeath unto my dear wife Sarah Heinlein the sorrel mare, one Cow, one bedstead, bed and bedding, the eight day clock, the desk, two pewter dishes, two tea pots, six Tea cups and six saucers, the walnut dining table, three chairs and as much of kitchen utensils or funiture as she may choose to keep for her own use. Item: I give and bequeath unto my said wife during her natural life, the full and uninterrupted occupancy and privilege of living in the new house, called the springhouse, the same to be finished and put in repair fit for her to live in, and a new oven to be paid out of the estate, the apples of twelve apple trees, of the two first rows of the East end of the orchard Beginning at the said spring house, the Garden behind the said spring house and adjoining the same, Hay and pasture for one cow, in lieu and stead of her dower. Item: I give and devise unto my said wife five acres of woodland to be surveyed and taken from the Land I purchased of Jacob Bucher, where my Executors see fit so as it may be taken off the northern side thereof. Item: I give and bequeath to my Daughter Ann Heinlein one bed and bedding. Item: I give and bequeath to my Daughter Catharine Heinlein one bed & bedding. And further, I do hereby reserve always the burial ground which is now enclosed and made use of as a burial ground and I do devise the said burial ground to my said wife and our children or heirs forever, in trust for the express purpose of a burial ground, and for no other use whatever. It is my intention and will that from and immediately after the decease of my said wife, that the springhouse, garden, apple trees, Hay and cow's pasture reserved for my said wife during her natural life to be the property of the person or persons that may purchase that part of the real estate whereon the said springhouse is erected. And the monies arising from the sale of my real & personal estate after first paying my just debts, to be divided into thirteen equal parts and be distributed as follows, viz: It is my will and I give and bequeath to my Daughter Margaret, the wife of Nicholas Brotzman, one thirteenth part thereof. Item: I give and bequeath to my Daughter Eleaner, the wife of John Bucher, on Thirteenth part thereof.
